A Map For The Mind In Beating Bad Habits

The tips in this easy to read and absorb e-book for beating bad habits are fantastic. I am a fairly healthy person however there are some habits I have physically and mentally that I know slow me down from achieving an even higher level of health and success. I enjoyed how Ray breaks down the material into bite size, digestible bites. It helped me to understand how habits are formed, how the brain is wired to repeat habits until you can essentially "cut" the charge that leads to the impulse, he provides excellent, doable tips on how to retrain your brain for a different, better conditioned response and methods to get the new habits to stick for good. I would absolutely recommend this book as a quick and valuable tool for positive change.

This book is right on.
It clearly explains how habits are formed, giving us a strong informed position, and helping us to understand how we create bad habits.
Ray comes from a patient, understanding, non-judmental place.
Then he offers clearly explained, specific actions we can take today and everyday to break our bad habits.
I highly recommend Breaking Bad Habits.

just the advice I needed

This book really hit the spot for me. After taking to heart the advice in Ray Williams book I was able to motivate myself to remove distractions in my life and put emphasis on what I really want my life to be like. I've learnt to be present in day to day activities and since doing this I feel incredibly more grounded and content with who I am. I highly recommend this book.
